A Case Repory of Sialolithiasis in the Wharton¢¥s Duct.

Abstract
|
|
|
The author have had a case of Salivary stone in the posterior of Wharton¢¥s duct in the right mandible.
1) The patient was 26 year-old Korean male.
2) There was a history of mild pain at swallow of food, inflammatory change and marked swelling of the right sub-mandibular region.
3) The patient was sadated with 1 ample of Pethidin and local anesthetized with 2% Octacain hydrochloride. The surgical procedure was performed in the usual manner. 4) The salivary seone was 1.6cmX2.Ocm in big size.
5)THe salivary stone was milk-white color, egg shaped and big in size.
